Billie Goodell, U.S. Navy WW2 VeteranBillie was the first veteran to became a contributor to The Rampa Foundation. A friend. He practicaly became a Brazilian, such was his love for this country. Richard Wilson, U.S. Navy WW2 VeteranRichard is one of the last veterans we contacted and and proved to be a kind and generous person like Billie and Jack Harrison.
